The heel of the left foot (the one with the toilet paper) looks a little off bending wise. It feels like there should be a little bit more of a heel, or the ankle seems slightly broken. Also, on the left hand (one holding toilet paper) It seems like the angle of the thumb is a teeny bit off in the socket..it might just be the extra sketch lines though.
Pose is solid, love the expression, especially the teeth.

Sketch is pretty solid.
